As Executive Vice President of the Mortgage Division of Main Street Bank, his responsibilities include recruiting the best and most talented people in the industry that fit the company’s goal in becoming the preeminent relationship based mortgage lender. He will also oversee the development of new office sites and assist in monitoring the company’s profitability. Shane has more than 20 years experience in mortgage lending and has served a number of the marketplaces larger lending institutions in a number of capacities. His leadership and product knowledge make him one of the company’s best assets. Shane resides in Ash Township with his wife Michelle and has two children. Shane supports many charitable organizations.
